What is Report Mail? MSM Supported Version
Report Mail is a service that e-mails your Mutoh Printer condition obtained from MSM by network-connecting your Mutoh printer with MUTOH Status Monitor（MSM). This service allows you to check your printer condition when the printer is away from you or print at night.

MSM requires the Internet connection for the Report Mail service.
 Main contents of Report Mail
Report Mail provides you with the following information on Mutoh printer via e-mail.
Job Start / Completion
  • Print Starting Time
  • Expected Printing Time
  • Print Completed Time
Warning Messages
  • Remaining ink near end
  • Remaining ink end
  • Roll media near end
  • Roll media end
  • Waste bottle filled up
  • Other errors
